Fondant au chocolat

Coulant au coeur fondant.

Ingrédients

• 200 g chocolat noir
• 100 g beurre
• 3 g oeufs
• 80 g sucre
• 30 g farine

Préparation

1. Fondre chocolat et beurre.
2. Fouetter oeufs et sucre.
3. Incorporer la farine puis le chocolat.
4. Verser dans des moules.
5. Cuire 12 min à 180°C.
6. Démouler tiède.
